The restaurant is named "MARGINAL,'' which is a tribute to Ryoma Sakamoto's way of life.
We use plenty of ingredients grown in Kochi's rich seas, mountains and rivers, and pair them with Kochi's alcoholic beverages to create genre-defying dishes inspired by Ryoma Sakamoto's ideas.

An all-inclusive bar lounge included in your stay. Enjoy local Kochi sake, craft gin and light bites at your own pace.
